Delegate Passes
Both in-person and virtual delegate passes include access to conference sessions across the two-day conference and ‘on demand’ virtual content for one month after the end of the conference.
In-person delegate passes also include a networking session at the end of day one. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to attend this networking session. More details will be available soon.
The conference is CPD approved and all delegates will be sent a certificate of attendance after the event.

Student & Early Career Researcher Discount
Students and early career researchers (within five years of completing a doctoral degree) who are not RCPCH members are eligible for a discount on delegate passes.

Attendee Category Self-Identification
To ensure compliance with UK pharmaceutical industry regulations (ABPI Code of Practice), all attendees are required to select the category that best describes their professional role. Please read the definitions and examples below carefully before making your choice on the registration form.
Categories
1. Prescription Medicines Professional
Select this category if your professional activities involve prescribing, administering, or recommending prescription medicines as part of direct patient care. This category also applies if you are a qualified member of a prescribing profession currently working in a non-clinical role (such as academia, research, or for a patient organisation) where you use your professional medical knowledge, even if you do not currently hold a license to prescribe.
Examples include:
Doctors: Consultant, Consultant Paediatrician, Paediatric Registrar, Specialty Doctor
Nurses: Paediatric Specialist Nurse (DSN), Practice Nurse, Research Nurse, Nurse Consultant, Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Pharmacists: Community Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacist, Clinical Pharmacist
Trainees: Foundation Year 1 and 2, Specialty Trainees (ST1 to ST8), Advanced Clinical Practitioner Trainees, Advanced Nurse Practitioner Trainees, Clinical Pharmacist Trainees, Specialist Dietitian Trainees, Specialist Podiatrist Trainees
Other registered prescription professionals: Academics and researchers who are also registered healthcare professionals with ability to prescribe medications.
2. Other Relevant Decision Maker
Select this category if you are not a registered healthcare professional who provides direct patient care, but your professional role involves making policy or budgetary decisions that can influence the use of medicines, particularly within the NHS or public health bodies.

3. AHPs Involved with Prescription Medicines
Select this category if you are an allied healthcare professional (AHP) who is a member of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) discussing prescription medicines as part of patient care.
Examples include (involved in a prescribing MDT):
Physician Assistants/Associates
4. AHPs NOT Involved with Prescription Medicines
Select this category if you are an allied healthcare professional (AHP) who is NOT involved in selecting, recommending or discussing prescription medicines as part of patient care.
Examples include (not involved in a prescribing MDT):
Advanced Clinical Associates
Physiotherapists
Play Specialists
5. Other Academic or Professional Delegate
Select this category if your role does not fit the definitions above.
Examples include:
Academics and Researchers: Professor, Lecturer, Research Fellow, Postdoctoral Researcher (if not also a practising, registered HCP). This applies if your role is primarily academic or scientific research and does not involve prescribing or direct clinical care for patients.
Students: Undergraduate Student, Postgraduate Student, PhD Student
Industry Representatives: Roles in marketing, sales, medical affairs, and other commercial functions within pharmaceutical or medical device companies (e.g., Medical Science Liaison, Brand Manager, Sales Representative)
Other Professionals: Medical Writers, Journalists, Editors, Nutritionists, Lived Experience Attendees, and Charity Representatives
Please note that if you select ‘Prescription Medicines Professional’ or ‘Other Relevant Decision Maker’ or ‘AHPs Involved with Prescription Medicines’, you must agree to the following statement to complete your registration:
