Delegate Passes
Both in-person and virtual delegate passes include access to all conference sessions and ‘on demand’ virtual content for one month after the end of the conference.
The conference is CPD approved and all delegates will be sent a certificate of attendance after the event.
Discounted Rates
- Discounted rates are available for attendees from low-income and lower-middle-income countries, based on World Bank classification. If you are eligible the discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.
- Students and RCPCH members can receive a 20% discount on delegate passes. Please contact rcpch@wonderly.agency to enquire.

Please note that this event is supported by industry sponsorship, including pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. Sponsors have no influence over the agenda or the selection of speakers, except for sponsored sessions which will be clearly labelled in the programme.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, you must submit your request in writing to rcpch@wonderly.agency. Cancellations received will be refunded at the following rates:
- A full refund (less a 10% admin fee) will be issued for requests received on or before Friday 02 October
- Cancellations received between Friday 02 October and Friday 06 November will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee
- We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellations received from Monday 09 November onwards
No refund will be made for non-attendance.
The conference organising committee is not responsible for any associated costs.
