CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing by the Child Health Technology conference organising committee no later than 17:00 on Friday 16 May 2025 will be entitled to a full refund minus a cancellation fee of £20.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations received after this date.
Substitutions may be made but they will incur a £20 administration fee.
No refund will be made for non-attendance.
The conference organising committee is not responsible for any associated costs.
